Funded by the Law Foundation of BC, our family law program assists people with issues such as divorce, separation, custody, maintenance and access.
Our family law services include:
- Providing information about options and processes regarding family law (e.g. legal aid, mediation, separation, custody, access, maintenance)
- Providing resource and referral information re: legal advice, representation, and other sources of assistance and support
- Running the Parenting After Separation Program.
Note: we cannot provide legal advice or representation in court for family law matters.
